EULA - End User License Agreement

VB FRIEND LICENSE AGREEMENT
By installing, copying, or otherwise using VB Friend , you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not install, copy, or use VB Friend .

DEMO VERSION

VB Friend is provided under the Try before you buy concept. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge with Visual Basic projects of no more than 10 component files.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE DEMO VERSION

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (without any license number or indications on how to turn the evaluation version as a full version) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.

FULL VERSION

Different license types are:

Single user license: one copy of VB Friend may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the full version of VB Friend through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access VB Friend on the network, each workstation must have its own VB Friend license, regardless of whether they use VB Friend at different times or concurrently.

Development team license: covers 1-5 users in a single organization.

Site license: covers a single organization for an area of up to one hundred miles (160 km) in radius.

World-wide license: covers everyone in a single organization.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which VB Friend may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
COPYRIGHT

VB Friend for Windows is protected by Finnish copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in VB Friend is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to VB Friend will remain the exclusive property of Aivosto Oy, and you will not acquire any rights to VB Friend except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of VB Friend will contain the same proprietary notices which appear in VB Friend .

REVERSE ENGINEERING

You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble VB Friend in whole or in part.
